We have more than 125 lawyers located in the firm’s U.S., European, and Asian offices who collaborate with each other and other Dechert practices to execute domestic and cross-border transactions seamlessly. We have market-leading practices organizing and raising capital for private credit and private equity firms, in leading IPOs and debt financings in the capital markets, and in raising capital for the life sciences industry. Bloomberg, The Legal 500 and IFLR 1000, among other industry reporting services regularly report on our group’s achievements. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
