Job Summary: The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting, enhancing, and implementing our Jury Management software solutions for courts who conduct jury trials. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of court or jury administration processes, and the ability to lead business analysis efforts across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, thrives in a dynamic environment, and excels in customer‑facing engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Analyze jury management workflows, court operations, and related judicial processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document current and future‑state business processes, functional requirements, and system interactions.
- Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
- Conduct data analysis and research to support solution design, configuration, and decision‑making.
- Engage directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions with court personnel.
- Provide expert guidance, subject-matter assistance, and best‑practice recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Support user acceptance testing, validate system configurations, and assist with rollout activities.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented accurately.
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in JIRA.
- Produce high‑quality documentation such as process maps, requirements specifications, and training materials.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Provide Demonstrations and training to clients on the Jury Application.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or the equivalent amount of related experience required.
- 3+ Experience working in court operations, jury management, or judicial administration.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead Business Analyst role.
- Experience with judicial or government software applications.
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools for user story creation.
- Experience supporting software implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.. Flexible and forward‑thinking in implementing technology and process improvements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Comprehensive knowledge of court and jury processes, including domain-specific terminology.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, open to change, and a keen sense of urgency when assisting clients.
- Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and able to operate with a strong sense of urgency when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to seek clarification to ensure accurate understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues while maintaining a positive team environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills preferred. Jira, Monday, Confluence
- Ability to learn and effectively use multiple internal software applications.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

- An at-home noise level in the work environment that is usually moderate as if the employee works in an office setting, at an individual workstation, using telephone and computer
Physical Demands: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
