About Us
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team at Beyond Care Therapy in Utah. This in-person offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and a unique opportunity to significantly influence our clinical systems and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage our ABA team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Shape and enhance clinical systems and practices to align with our organizational goals.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting professional development and clinical excellence.
Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Engage with clients and families to assess needs and tailor treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support the growth and expansion of our services.
Qualifications:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in behavior analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
