What We Offer * Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plans * Paid holidays and paid vacation time * Paid training and continuous development * A supportive, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities * Assist customers in arranging financing and product protection options * Present value-added products that enhance vehicle ownership * Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance * Accurately desk deals and submit contracts to lenders for approval * Make informed credit decisions and effectively close deals * Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations * Prepare and process contracts and related documentation * Audit post-sale deals for accuracy and performance improvement * Ensure timely funding of all contracts * Maintain required certifications and professional proficiency Qualifications * Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve * College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience * Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes * Proven ability to structure profitable deals * Working knowledge of title laws and registration procedures * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Professional appearance and demeanor * Valid driver’s license Walt Massey is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
