Position Overview

We are seeking a highly collaborative, results-driven AI Creative - Copywriter to shape the overarching narrative and growth frameworks for our Web3 products. Sitting squarely at the intersection of human craftsmanship and advanced machine intelligence, this role demands an individual with a sharp copywriting instinct and an authentic fluency in blockchain dynamics. You will deconstruct highly technical mechanisms like tokenomics matrices, liquid staking pools, and decentralized finance protocols into clean, high-impact copy that drives conversions. Rather than hiding behind generative jargon, you will leverage advanced AI agents and model protocols to scale your creative output while maintaining an uncompromised human editorial standard.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Conversion Omni-Channel Copywriting: Author premium copy across various lengths, spanning whitepapers, product documentation, long-form articles, ad scripts, email marketing drip campaigns, and viral social messaging.
• Web3 Concepts Deconstruction: Translate dense cryptographic logic (tokenomics structures, reward vectors, decentralized applications) into engaging, clear narratives built for both native collectors and retail newcomers.
• Advanced GenAI Workflow Orchestration: Standardize and enhance creative content outputs utilizing Claude enterprise LLMs configured with built-in Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and custom internal agents .
• Rigid Brand Voice Governance: Formulate and enforce a cohesive, authoritative brand voice across digital channels, adapting registers safely to navigate shifting regulatory and reputational industry sensitivities.
• Cross-Department Content Concepting: Partner closely alongside Product, Graphic Design, and Growth Marketing squads to co-author messaging frameworks and visual direction briefs for major launch cycles.
• Ruthless Portfolio Self-Editing: Apply a strict editorial lens to audit, refine, and upgrade text fragments generated by AI tools or multi-department contributors, ensuring perfect contextual flow before final release.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional history operating as a copywriter, digital content strategist, or creative lead, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing both technical long-form and punchy short-form assets.
• Solid conceptual tracking literacy inside the Web3 and crypto ecosystem, with the ability to discuss Bitcoin networks, DeFi configurations, staking setups, and layer architectures fluently.
• Hands-on experience deploying generative AI writing applications (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) as core modules within professional creative pipelines.
• Strong prompt engineering mechanics, holding clear internal frameworks for evaluating machine outputs, structural errors, and structural re-writes.
• Excellent communication and editing mechanics, with an intuitive understanding of narrative arcs and conversion-focused copy aesthetics.
