We are looking for a highly organized Administrative  Office Coordinator to serve as the heartbeat of our bustling manufacturing administrative headquarters. Responsibilities Include

  • Managing the front reception desk, including greeting visitors, handling security badges, and directing deliveries.
  • Maintaining complex production trackers and inventory logs using Excel to ensure data accuracy for the plant manager.
  • Coordinating internal meetings, including room setup, catering for client visits, and agenda distribution.
  • Overseeing office supply procurement and vendor relations to ensure the administrative team has everything they need.
  • Assisting the HR and Safety departments with document filing, new hire onboarding paperwork, and compliance tracking.
  • Streamlining office workflows to improve communication between the front office and the manufacturing floor.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative or high-traffic reception role, preferably within an industrial or logistics setting.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel , including the ability to manage spreadsheets, use basic formulas, and format data.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both executives and shop-floor personnel.
  • Strong organizational habits and the ability to pivot between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $23/hr
